    You need to call sprint and tell them that "message #" error that it gave you. Most likely your brother cancelled his subcription to that company/phone. Depending on the phone and it's company, it's hard to say weather you can add minutes onto it. Just call sprint, tell them your situation and I'm sure they can help you.

    MY cousin gave me his Audiovox CDM 8500 cell phone because he bought a new one. The problem is that whenever i make a call a service provider says it is "your account could not be validad...if you are with the sprint PCS area... message 6295". So do i have to reactivated, add some minutes to make it work or what? Please help.
