    Don't bother with the mp3 to midi software, like the others said, it's not possible. Why not post the beat here or link to it and if you're lucky somebody might create it for you.

    ive seen convert mp3 to midi all da time on da net but i dun kno what to use..

    To my knowledge you need to create the song YOURSELF with a midi synthesizer (ie, you enter in all the notes and timings with various instruments)... I don't think theres anything to convert mp3 --> Midi
