Check out Tracfone. I never have any problems with my Tracfone and really respect and love the service. I get great reception everywhere i go and have yet to receive a dropped call. I will be a tracfone dude 4 life.

You got to remember that you get what you pay for. The new 25 bucks a month gives me more than I had with T-Mobile when paying 90 a month.

I got the rumor touch, and Virgin Mobile locked it down real good. However, the users community has figured out ways around those lockdowns. I am much happier.

I weirdly ran into their business plan for India on the internet somewhere, and I read it. This is exactly what they are aiming at-Teens.

it has changed now. you can pay $25 and get unlimited text ,web,email,data and 300 min. for $40 you can get unlimited text ,web,email,data with 1200 min. and for unlimited everything for $60. and i think for for an extra $10 u can get Blackberry Services.

So now Virgin is going to offer a welfare phone (sounds like they are desperate to rip off poor people). I got their service because I though they were pretty cool with music etc but lately they are offering all kinds of family things, contracts and now welfare phones. What happened to their edge?

It's Prepay. You have the advantage of not having a contract, but yo uhave the disadvantage of paying more per minute.

When I saw my brother get a cell phone, I said,"Hey those are cool!" So of course I went to get one. I got what the topic clearly states. Virgin Mobile. It was great at first fiddling with a K9 Rave because hey, I dident see any better ones there.

So here I go loving this phone every minute. But then one day I saw my freind with a Virizon Wireless camera phone. (Didnt look at it long anough to see what modile. I said,"DAMN! Thats a hot phone!" It was a flip. Thats all I can say. From then on I wanted a flip phone. My mom wanted me to stick with Virgin Mobile. So I said alright. I'll find a flip phone made by Virgin. IN COLOR. So I searhed. Couldent find one. So I sobbed and continued with my little K9-Rave. It wasent until I saw an advertisment in a magazine for the new Virgin Mobile Audio Vox 8610! In color!!!
I said,"Great a color phone! Now I can get this one!!! Was in 9th grade at that time. Now in 10th. I bought it with my money I got at my job. I was loveing it alot. Till I reilized one thing. This company sucks!!!

They give 25cents a minute. Which got spent very easily. You couldent download games! Well....considering the new camera phone. But I'm am now cheaking for a phone with more....Features. Virizon sounds good! So I'm saving for a camera phone. Saving now. But I calculated the minute situation between Virgin and Virizon. Paying 40$ a mounth for 400 minutes.
Now lets see what you get paying 40$ a mounth on a Virgin phone. First I added how many minute you get in one dollar. 4 minutes. Times 4 by 20. You get 80. Times 80 by 2. 160.
So I get 160 minutes in Virgin mobile paying 40$ a month. But Virizon gives me 400 minutes for 40$ a month!!!

So I made my desition and I am quiting Virgin mobile. Any of you with this company might wanna do the same. Unless you use your phone scarcly. And spend only 20$ a month.

So I made my point. Virgin Mobile SUCKS.
