Make sure your phone is in an area with good signal strength.
Check that the antenna is securely attached and not damaged.
Try removing the battery and SIM card, then reinserting them.
Try resetting your phone to its factory settings.

Hello everyone, i have a samsung VGA1000 cellphone and my antenna broke 3 days ago so i ordered a replacement on ebay. Now my argent question is how do i take the antenna off!. I've pulled on the antenna very HARD and it looks like its glued to the phone. I've been searching for 2 hours on google to see how to take it off but no help. But google directed me to a little screwdriver that allows you to take off antennas from cell phones http://www.cellularaccessory.com/t6torbitscre.html do i need one for the VGA100?? Can anyone please help me!! i've been going nuts on this phone thank you very much i appreciate it!!
