Well for some reason of a number of reasons it never downloaded... you can get re-imbursed for lost cash but you'll have to pay the $CPF to download. Not knowing specifically what is occurring at the time you attempted to download the file I'd say it most likely has something to do with your computer settings.

Check here first before you attempt to download the file again...

Thats a zip file.. and I have done zip b4 but if I click it instead of at least opening WMP it asks to use my CPF cash.. I already spent it on this!!
