    First, try going to the broswer, by either pressing the left button or menu->4 and let it enable the security through there. Then try to download the free ringtone.

    okay i tried to download a free ringtone off the VM site and it said it would send a Virgin alert telling me to load my ringtone. It came and i pressed "LOAD" but then this message came up that said



    "Security is not enabled. Enabling security can take several minutes. Proceed?"

    i pressed "Yes"

    and waited for the thing to load and this message came up:


    "Server not responding."





    i have no clue what this means and i've tried looking on the site and the phone manual but i can't find anything.

    is the server busy...or maybe i don't have a signal..i don't know. help?

    please help
