and manually upload MP3 ringers. PM me for help

i just bought the lg 5450 and i found a internet site that gets me free ringtones...i do everything that i am supposed to and then i type the site on my cell phone, the site comes out and i am listening to the ringtone that i choose(when i click to play the ringtone it says downloading)......then how do i save the ringtone on my cell phone??.. because when i log out of the internet the ringtone stops playing and i cant find it no where on my cell phone...plz anyone that knows what to do help me plz...
