    Help please - I just bought the HDW-3 headset for my 6310i but aftert about 18 minutes the phone loses connection - I can adkust the volume on the phone by using the headset buttons but can not receive or make calls until the headset is either redetected or the phone is switched of and on again.

    How do I check the phone's firmware - could that be the problem ?
