    I believe I have Windows 98 first edition, so I am unable to get bitpim to work. It keeps saying com port in use when hooked to phone. Is there a free program that I can download that will allow me to upload/download pictures,etc. from my SANYO 8200 phone that supports Windows 98 first edition? My computer was purchased in June of 1999 and Windows properties said WINDOWS 98 with a date of 4/10/98.
