Its running directly off the DC power coming from your cable. At least, it should be. The phones don't charge it up all the way, and then wait for the phone to discharge and charge it in small increments.

im sure its just chargin like when the phone is finished chargin it will work like its not attached to the charger so once it uses some juice its probaly just fully chargin

When you have the phone turned on and the charger plugged in, once the battery is fully charged and all the battery bars stop blinking. After a while does the last battery bar start blinking as if the phone was charging again? or does all the bars stay the same till you take it off the charger?
