    its just how the phone is, alot of LCD products do that in the sun, its bacause of the coating on the screen, my friends laptop has the same kinda screen and it does the same in tha sun.

    I did find it hard to read when the dimming mode was on. As long as you continue to press buttons, you shouldn't really have that much of a problem.

    Dont worry nothing to freak about.

    I noticed that first time i when direct outside while waiting for the bus and man was display dark.

    However perfect on the side. I love this phone

    hello everyone.
    i am a virginmobile usa customer and recently bought a vox 8610 to use on their service. my question is about the lcd display. its the first phone i have had with full color lcd display and i notice when i go outside in the direct sunlight the display is real dark and hard to read. is this normal is there something wrong with the phone?
