Take it to a T-Mobile corporate store and tell them your situation, they'll probably charge a fee of $25-$? dollars to unlock it.

I got an Ipaq 6300 from the US, currently locked with Tmobile system. But i intend to use the phone in the Philippines so i need to unlock the unit and subscribe to a local telco in the Philippines

I need your assistance very badly.
