yo man i didnt know it voided the warranty and how would it damage the phone?

I'm not sure. All I know is that if you use it, and something happens to the phone you voided your warranty.

Does it matter if the dku-5 cable is not sponsored by nokia, will it in any way do harm to the phone? Also how come the nokia site duznt have this tiem up for sale??
