    I spoke with t-mobile a few days ago and they seemed to answer your quetion instead of mine. You should try an mutiple exchange and then upgrade (when you can) you may end up getting a better phone then the one you want. You are elegable for an upgrade every year your with them, and can do a multiple exchange any time.

    why don't you cancel your service to them and open another account in a different name. talk to your parent or bro. that what i do so i can get a new phone every year. this year is under my name. next year under my wife name and then under may name again. you know what i mean?
