    Sounds like it probably was damaged. If you can, take it back and get a new one. If not, oh well. As for a reset, about the best I can find is entering in ##1133(end aka red key) on it. Sets it back to factory settings

    Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to master reset?? I have the CDM8900. And, does anyone know if a cell phone is dropped or ya know, beat up in any way, could the memory just kinda erase itself?? Like the force of the impact fizzled the phone's brain?? Thanks.
