i have the same problem. when i send sms to spain, same thing it won't arrive. that's why i have to get another pre paid sim card from cingular and it really works! there some places that sms format is diff specialy in europe. and now im using two network, cingular & t-mobile.

I just got t-mobile prepaid and I can receive international messages from Italy but when I send them they don't arrive. Does anyone have a similar problem and has it been resolved?
