    just make sure that the phone u buying is sim free or unlock. email the seller first before buying it and always check the seller feedback.

    I have a Nokia 3595 with a Cityfone(microcell) sim card. I want a better phone but I can't afford it right now to buy from a carrier. I found some good deals on ebay though. My question is. Does the phone have to be one offered by my carrier? or can it be any unlocked phone?
