I dont think their is a trail period, i use that easy gprs and i get my ringtones from this site and other sites then i edit them with psm player so they can work on my phone. i been doing it for like a year now, and for my phone to just erase them pisses me off, i am going to call t-mobile again and tell them that thier is something wrong with the infeared and then update my sim card and then try it agian. will see if it works then. i have the samsung s105 its a older phone but every phone i get i brake them i ruin them.

Ha!!! I've gotten about 16 or so not counting my g/f, upgrades and everything. I was thinking that you got the ringtones from t-mobile and they would send them back to you n/p but if you got them from somewhere else maybe there's a trial period written in the code somewhere.

i called t-mobile up and they said it is not a known issue. i think my easy gprs program might be messed up but that doesnt explain for all my previous ringtones and screen savers being erased on my phone! i have no clue! i think maybe t-mobile found a way to filter me out cause i always call in and tell them my phone is messing up and they send me a new one, and this is like the fifth phone they sent me!

Sounds like a network issue, call t-mobile and ask them if there any known issues in your area, avery once in a while they do an upgrade and problems like yours happen.
