Ha! Don't make me laugh. You don't realize how many times I've heard complaints from cingular users, and told them to go with t-mobile and then found that they were happier with t-mobile. Amazing just amazing How sad for you.

I've been using T-Mobile for nearly 2 years (on and off) and the only complaint I have is not being able to check the weather on T-Zones and that was fixed.

It has good service and connection, they provide nice phones, and the plans are great the fact that it is only a 1 year plan is good, i wouldn't want to sign a 2 year contract.

T-Mobile to date offers the most detailed coverage map and are even taking steps to have the coverage maps that Customer Service and retail T-Mobile stores have to be available on the website, why not so far if you only knew how many times I have to refresh the screen because it times out due to the change in information, always, always check the coverage, before you mouth off and say you're leaving or porting your mobile number check the coverage first, not just at home, at work, at your summer home, every where that you're going to use that handset, having all the fancy features and insisting on getting a free phone that is high-end does not good if the signal strength shows no bars, check the coverage, read the fine print, find out what is your trial period before you can change your mind before being stuck for one year with a service provider that you don't want to be with
