    I was looking for a program that can make a wav to midi..

    I want to make mp3 to midi

    Is this the best programs ?

    there's many ways of editing or changing the quality for a lower one. to convert files, i strongly recommend dbPowerAmp Music Converter.

    These programs seem so awesome!! but then i try them some and become extremely hard to master. like you can get a grip of it, but then you stop using it for a while and you kinda... lose your recently acquired mastery... i dont know, its hard to express
