It's a well-known bug, you should upgrade phones' firmware to solve the problem. You can do this in any Nokia Center, new version is 3.45 (type the code *#0000# to check your firmware release).

Is it just me or does my phone freeze everytime my predictive text input converts two full-stops into two exclamation signs!!!

Does anyone else have this problem please?
And how do you upgrade your OS?
