no there is only video quality..you can change the pic quality but not the video quality (to the best of my knowledge)

I was able to change the picture quality to High on my phone, but i notice in video mode it has an l meaning low quality. Is there any way to change the video quality to high? Why would they put "low" there if u couldnt? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
