    Essentially, you have to have a server running on your own system that is accessible to the internet.

    Get NowWap and install it (Windows Only!)

    Change the WAP settings in the phone to point to your Proxy Address (A static or dynamic address that will reach your system) and Proxy Port (the NowWap server's open port.)

    You can either use a tagtag.com site as your host or write your own .wml pages to be your homepage and set the phone to open that page every time.
