Not sure which countries you are calling to, but Sprint's a good place to start for calling internationally : UK 6 cents/min, France Germany Italy Spain and Japan all 7 cents/min , South Korea 8 cents/min, Canada and Mexico 9 cents/min.

is this question is about t-mo international roaming?
t-mo is the best when it come to international roaming they the first one who have this. im not sure about other service provider if they have this. i use t-mo if im traveling in asia and europe with no problem.
