    I have no idea how this happened but my lock code is 4 digits and should have been my last 4 of my phone number. Not sure if I got a bug but I used a code for displaying the security lock code and it came up as: a smileface; up arrow; WR (my initials). While that accounts for the 4 digits, I have no way of knowing how to enter the code to unlock because of the characters.

    do you have any info you can add to help me?
