    The cell phones sometimes have a routing number that is different than your cell phone. Don't change this number to your cell phone number - your phone won't work if you do. Think of it as if it was like a roll-over line (it's not) but it's the same principle. For example: you call a business that has just one phone number listed - but instead of getting a busy signal your call goes thru to the business you were trying to reach. Your cell phone has that alternate number that routes to your cell phone. Don't have anyone call you at that number that was listed though - it doesn't work that way.

    ok i have a plan through sprint and i got a lg pm 325 and i was look in my contachts and then clicked on my number and saw 2 differnt numbers my regular number and something called msid or w/e
