    Yeah, it's through the service provider, not the phone.

    These are called ringback tones, and you can only get them through the carrier, and only a short list support them at the moment!

    My cousin has a friend that has a ringtone for when people dial his phone. In stead of the other person hearing the regular dialing ring they hear a special ringer. Anyone know where i can get something like that or if it only comes on certain carriers i have Sprint and i dont see anything like that. any info would be helpfull
