    you could try taking a wav file and changing the file extention to midi. this works for me on verizon phones

    Only MIDI will work as far as I know...

    but you might give it a try... with a lil' tweaking it just might work... I know folks have done this with success when a phone wasn't wav compatible, but I'm not certain about the i530 personally...

    Hi,does anybody knows which ringtone format does the i530 takes.I'm thinking it only takes midi format 0 and not wav but i'ma try it out anyways.
