select nokia 6010 i think this alot better than 1100 this is a upgrade of 3595.

I have been using a Nokia 1100. Due to repeated defective replacements, Cingular offerred me a free upgrade to a 6010 for my next replacement. Alas, they sent another 1100. However, this one works and does not repreatedly disconnect as did all the prior ones.

Is it worth the effort to have them make good on the 6010? I am not into fancy features. I want basic voice service and not much more.

Would the 6010 have better service/reception or does it just have more bells and whistles?
