that's imposible!! first 8910 is is dual band phone (900 - 1800mhz) which work in asia and europe not in u.s. second 8910 is a gsm phone that use simcard and sprint don't use simcard and cdma, it's imposible that gsm phone go to cdma provider. even a pro cannot do that. my advise is trade in or sell that phone.

I have a Nokia 8910 phone (only for outside of the USA use), yet i live in the US. My cell service provider is Sprint PCS, and I am trying to figure out if there is any way for me to "convert" the phone/sim card/anything to make it work in the US with Sprint.

Also, if i can't "convert" it, i would just purchase the body from the 8910 and put another nokia phone (the 6016i) into it. Would you recommend taking it to a professional, or could I do it myself.

    Thanks
