So if u have unlimited T-zone, u can just sign in AIM without getting charged? U don't need to a website to sign on or anything?

I signed up with t-zones after confirming that messages sent when you are logged into aol IM or yahoo IM through T-zones, will not be charged as text messages (SMS). But if you are NOT logged in to the IM from T-zones, and receive text messages, then you get charged.

I know this topic is old, but i had the same question.
But I think that u CAN text as much as u want with Unlimited T-zones without them charging u. Just go to www.E-messenger.net on ur phone and u can chat without them charging u. Am I right? B/c they didnt charge me for that, but im not 100% sure....

You can get a Sidekick II with the unlimited option if you are an AIM addict... Or you can get a Pocket PC Phone Edition handheld and install real AIM onto it (courtesy of http://www.aol.co.uk/aim/wince/index.html ) but you will need the VPN access on your account (which costs $20/month).

No, to send and receive instant messages is at .05 per text/instant message sending text messages outside of the US is .15 per regardless of the paid text message feature that you have on the account
