Id say its something to do with how your attaching the images, are you sending through outlook? What email do u use btw? no address just company.

They are jpeg's. 72ppi, optimized and saved at jpeg compression level 8.

Are you sending the photshop file? They have to be saved as gif,jpeg,bmp or png to be viewed on the phone!

I have a friend who can send me pics from his phone via e-mail and I can send those pics back to him by reply e-mail from my computer, but photos I try to send to him that I have run through Photoshop to be like the image he sent me, do not arrive. He gets the e-mail but no photo. I have a Mac G5 and am using the standard 'Mail' program that comes with the computer.
