    to do this.. all you need to do is on the sanyo 8100, key in ##data or ##3282 and then go to save the number and you are in the security section, only problem is that you need the MSL code to reset it, try calling ur service provider and ask them kindly for it, you just might get it

    an easier way would be

    menu>8>7>(lockcode)>5>Yes

    You have to go into the "security" area of the phone and there should be a "reset phone" option in there.

    Hello, I recently changed coverages and now have a Motorola phone with Verizon. I want to sell this Sanyo phone on ebay, I've seen them going for $50 to $100. How do I reset the phone though? I have found no way to go it. I was able to delete my pictures, but it still has my name, phone number, and all my contacts. Thanks so much for the help.
