    That's the same with mine.

    Back to poster's problem. Is your Nokia Suite the latest one? If not try downloading that version. The Nokia Suite included with the phone is out dated. Also try going to the site of the cable company and see if you need to download any drivers. Hope that helps.

    Have you tried to dl a driver? Some phones need a driver so that PC Suite can reconize it. It happened to me and after I did that it worked....hopefully it'll work for you.

    Hmm never seen this issue, Try turning the phone off pluging the cable in and then turning the phone on, that may help.

    im still trying to install it after installing my drivers and it wont connect, ive let it sit for a good 15 minutes with no luck

    I have gotten that message before. It usually requires me to hook/unhook a couple times, or after I plug it in, I let it sit, and it will cycle through "Data Cable Connected" "Enhancement Not Supported" and "Data Connection Ended" a few times before I start my software and then everything is fine. Sometimes it can take up to 2 min. before it is ready.
