Okay, got the phone, got the data cable. BitPim is installed on 2 different machines. On my Win 2000 Pro machine, it works like a charm, but I can't get my XP Pro machine to accept the drivers. Everytime it tries to install the drivers, the wizard locks my entire computer up. Suggestions?

I decided to make a new thread about this because I did not want to jack someone else's thread reguarding another program.

I am currently running Windows XP Professional. I bought this data cable here

I am using USB drivers that can be found here

    I downloaded Bitpim - version: 0.7.21-official

Once in Bitpim, I went to Edit>Settings, and I browsed for the correct Com port. I am using COM4 because I saw next to it that it said "USB Virtual Serial Driver". This works for me. Once that was all taken care of and my phone is recegnized (don't have to do that every time, only the 1st time), I started off slow by just getting my phone book. You go to Data>Get Phone Data, and just select phone book. If your phone book transfers, everything will be fine. Then you can proceed in sending ringers to your phone, pictures, etc. I also just learned about actually using the filesystem. And you have the ability to do so with Bitpim.

I hope this helps anyone who is having troubles.

Edit: Btw, I highly recemmend Bitpim. I have tried Gagin and Datapilot. I had troubles with both, and I think that Bitpim just has such an easy interface to use. I can almost guarentee that once you get the hang of it, you will be transferring ringers and such in no time.
