I tried cingucell.com and succeeded.
Pros: They did
Cons: Customer service and website is not good
Cost: 18.9 $ including shipping by UPS

You'll have to mail them your phone.

I used a guy at ebay, username "sucram5". Cost ten bucks, includes shipping and it's done. The other guys want about thirty bucks. Cingular basically told me to suck socks!!

I did a search here and on the mobile burn forum. Lots of conversation and a code for a 1300, but no l1400. I have tried downloading the Univerisal simlock remover but it doesn't support this phone and I tried all of the codes it produced for other LG phones... no luck.

I was told by Cingular that the code for the l1400 is the same for all of them, but they won't give it to me.

Can anyone post a code or email it to me?
