codeplug is used to mod and unlock. condor and falcon are the different phone types, condor being the older ones and falcon teh newest phones.

Hi Im a current t-mobile user and im joining Nextel in mid Auguest. I've been looking thru this forum and looking at some things and I was wondering if some one could exlpain somethings like codeplug , Condor, Falcon, Sub id, and other things like that... Thanks
