i figured it out. for some reason the get it now was disabled, i just enabled it and it's working now.

I had that same problem with the Get It Now function. I ended up taking the phone back to Verizon and after talking with a Tech, they ended up sending me a new phone, as they said there was a problem with the programming.

I have that phone... I've gotten' that message when attempting to upload a ringtone with the wrong extension name... the file extension should end in .mid... let me try a few things and see if I come across anything...

OK, i have an LG VX 8000 with verizon service. whenever i try to use the get it now service, there is a system problem. another thing, which is probably the same problem, i cannot recieve picture messages or any message with a file in it for that matter. it says "message reciept failed" i have no idea what is wrong with it. i already contacted verizon and followed their directions, but it did not help. can someone please help me? it would be much appreciated
