Hi I can unlock all Nokia, all Motorola, almost all LG, Samsung n Sony Ericsson phones
Even Boost phones can be unlocked to work with Nextel.
Every instrument has a different method n sometime I can throw u some codes n sometimes I need the physical phones to do the needful.
I also have 100's of T-Mobile, At&t, Boost, Cingular and Nextel Sims at reasonable prices (prices change as per demand n supply)
My email is [email protected] and I am a verified paypal user so please feel free to email me regarding any unlocking whatsover

hi graelwyn, to be honest with you i never heard about this service provider and when i go and search it to the internet there is ntelos network and it's realy from ky.
talk to your bf about getting a prepaid sim from t-mo. i have t-mo and txt messaging to international is not a problem. i even send txt to my cousin in swindon witlshire england almost every day.

Hi, well, my bf is with ntelos, that is all i know. They are now allowing him texts within his own country but none to me. It is insane, there must be a cheap way for him to be able to send me texts, surely? Here in the uk you can get special sim cards that allow lower cost texting.

im sorry about my first and now i get it! i think your bf is using prepaid.
this is what you get if you don't have enough load inside your phone.
here in the u.s incoming and outgoing call have charge.
most country only outgoing call have charge but the incoming is free specially in asia.

I just called him and 8 minutes in, we were cut off. Now when I call, I am getting a message saying 'the customer u are calling is unable to receive calls at this time, please try again later'.

Does this mean his carrier is having problems or what?

Hi, well, he paid $7 extra to start using texts, he said and after a week of sending quite a lot to me, they cut off all his texting. He can still make and receive calls though. So not sure what is going on.

not to offend you! but most of the service provider here in the u.s can send txt messaging international. maybe your bf just dont want to send you txt a message.
i own t-mo prepaid, cingular prepaid (my wife use) and at&t prepaid ( just use for int.txt) i send txt messaging int. with no problem.
    talk to him about that.

Hi,I am a uk girl and my bf lives in ky, USA. I am not sure what carrier he is with but it does not allow him to send sms/texts to me here on his cell phone. Could someone, anyone, please let me know the best route for him to go in order to send me sms/texts, or is it going to cost a fortune. Thanks.
