best buy is selling both colors for 99 dollars if u are a new customer to cingulat only. if ur an existing, then its like 250. i tried to threaten to cancel my service with cingular so that they would match 99 bucks and gimme a razor, but they said all they can do is 199. and 199 is technically only for new customers only also, but they said theyd do it.....now i have to decide if its worth 199 or if i should get that audiovox smartphone for 199. or keep my samsung x427. if u order online at bestbuy, its 69.99, but only if ur a new customer and get a plan with it. hope that helps. i just saved my friend a hundred dollars yesterday by telling him that.

that probably means that the phone is all youre going to get, no service, no contract. To activate it, you would need to sign up with either t-mo or cingular (since they are GSM carriers) and just get one of their free phones, take your SIM card and insert it in your RAZR, i checked the site and the phones come unlocked, so any SIM will work in it. although, if youre thinkin of gettin cingular, you should get the black razr through them since it would be cheaper for you. if youre gettin t-mobile, they only have the silver razr but its still cheaper than cellhut.com, but if you want the black razr that bad, then do what i mentioned earlier, good luck and let us know!

I want to buy a new black Motorola Razr V3 from cellhut.com. The phone is for a pretty good price ($379) but it says it doesn't come activated. Can someone tell me what this means? Also, how much would activation cost? Can i do it myself? thanks
