i buy my skins at visionskins.com. they are very good quality and quite cheap. right now on my phone i have a gloss black skin, and i used clear nail polish to glue little rhinestones on the skin so it looks like the black/rhinestone faceplate for the 8300. its pretty neat! people thought i was stupid for wanting to do it, but once it was done, they were all really impressed and they think it looks really nice. also, with the skins, i can remove it at any time so if i get sick of it, i can change it whenever i want. the skins protect your phone from scratches. if you choose to decorate your phone with rhinestones like i did, put them only on the skins and you wont void your warranty.

i just ordered two more skins last weekend - a pink sparkly one and a blue sparkly one - and i should be receiving them in the mail any day now. i'm really excited.

i bought my 8200 a month before the 8300 came out. oh i was so mad lol. but when i thought about it, the only thing that really appealed to me about the 8300 was the changeable faceplates. sooo..... i decided to keep my 8200 and just put skins on them. i can change my phone to any color and decorate it however i want!

The 8300 besides what you already mentioned also has video capture and changeable faceplates, they also improved the earpiece quality but not by much, here's a comparison chart >8200 VS 8300
