I started off with a Dell Dimension XPS T600r a few years back, and all thats left of it is da case, i changed everyting from the motherboard to the power box in it! I kept the case cause its a nice big sturdy one, and it looks flashy at da same time.

my one friend bought a dell for $1,000.. i built a computer on the internet.. chose all the parts.. it was MUCH better than his dell.. only $800... doubled his ram.. much better lookin case.. better harddrive space.. pretty much EVERYTHING was better... and then with the extra $200.. you could add neon lights to it, neon fans or whatever... custom is the way to go

my sister has a gateway.. decent computer for someone who only uses it for chatting on aim, and email... but thats definatly not a computer for me.... my brother just got a $1,400 laptop from dell.. veerrryyy nice... the only thing i don't like about laptops.. is upgrading them... and im lookin for a new computer desk so i can get to the tower a lot easier.. i have the one where you put the tower in that thing with the door.. i HATE it.. i might cut out these selves on it.. and put the tower there instead
