Hi, I just bought off ebay a vx6000, tried to activate it with prepaid which it did activate just fine so the ESN is good, but when im calling out and when the rep is trying to call me, i have no sound at all, do not hear nothing, when i call out it shows calling, but i hear nada thing, and i do have 4 bars of signal and it gives me a "call failed" its like the towers are not seeing my phone even if i have great signal .. any suggestions ?
