dragon fly i own a nokia 6600 and a razor, juts giving you some friendly advice. the ui on the razr is pure ****e when compared to the nokia, make sure you're buying the razor for the right reasons, i.e. the design/looks and cool factor. btw you cant use the razr on a mac either mpt does not support mac as of press time. hope this helps.

    cheers

    Thanks Griffzan!

I've been impressed with the RAZR V3, and I've heard other good things about it too. You'll see that I've posted a note in the Nokia forum as well, as these are the two brands I'm trying to choose from. I've been a loyal Nokia user for about 8 years now, but I think I'm about ready to switch.

I would really be interested to know if anyone here really has played at PokerRoom with any of these phones (or at least they may want to try it out and let me know how it goes).

Honestly, I'm not trying to spam this place. I've got a forum myself for Mac users who play Poker so I do understand. These are legit questions. Just trying to do some research.

And the fact that there are millions of people out there who are interested and do play poker - it is a valid query, and usefull for many people.

I look forward to hearing what other users think.

    Best Regards,

I about deleted your thread for spam but your asking a legitamit question. Imo the V3 because of the larger screen but it seems hard to find games (for free) that are supported by this phone, not to say that the regular games will not work just when you go to a site and are trying to send a game to your phone the v3 does not come up in the list of supported phones very much.

I understand PokerRoom offers a live poker game for mobile phones. Anyone with a registered PokerRoom.com account and a supported phone model can obtain the Mobile Poker for free!

I play a lot online via the computer, but I'm now wanting to play while away from home. Which is the best Motorola phone for gaming?

    The Motorola RAZR V3, V600, V400 or 505?

    Other Compatible Motorola Phones: A845, C975, E375, E398, V300, V303, V500, V525, V545, V547, V550, V551, V620, V635, V80, V975, V980
