Nokia 6630 i've viewed the Technical specifications and the 6230 has 32Mb of Ram :P better than N-Gage xD and it generates over 17Fps at 3D Graphics :P Better than Ngage and 6620, about my personal opinion 6630 is the best phone for everything!!
