Ahhh...ok...I will let him know that, and maybe he'll let me know what little he does know.

I would still call Verizon state side and see if they can help.

Actually, this is the main office of the Verizon here. I guess I should explain, I live on a island in the south Pacific ocean. They are a little behind the times. (a few years) The problem is that the Verizon here doesn't know the code to get into the phone to program it. They said if they had the code, they could probaly program it. Believe it or not, this phone is way advanced here. We just got camera phones in the last year, and they are what you had 5 years ago. Our phone company did not have the equipment until recently. If there is a way to find out what the codes are, please let me know. Any suggestions.

Have you tried to contact Verizon personally? (not one of the outlet shops, but the Verizon Corp). I am a bit lost here; that is a CDMA phone, and as such, they should be able to just reprogram the phone.

I would call Verizon direct and talk to them. I just called a good friend who owns the Verizon Store here, and he said the same thing. Call Verizon directly, as he couldn't reprogram the phone either, but has customer's that have old Sprint phones on Verizon now.

I have a Sprint LG-4NE1 phone. My local phone company (Verizon) does not have the program codes to active it into there system. Can anyone out there help with this problem? I need to know how to program it into there system, since they don't know how yet. They tell me that it is to "advanced" for them at this time, but if they knew the codes to get into the phone, they can program it. Any help would be appreicated.
