I'm actually going through the 9999s, a friend of my dad gave him it and my dad passed it to me, he didn't even know it was locked, I've already tried all 1s and 2s, still nothing, hope the code is in the 3s -.-

You've probably figured it out by now, but the default is 0000

I just bought a supposed brand new cell phone, factory sealed box on half.com. The cell phone has a 4 digit user lock on it. I have notified the seller, but he hasn't contacted me. Anyone know how to get past this user lock or is the phone useless? Am I going to have to go through 9999 number combinations to unlock it, LOL? The cell phone really does look brand new. The plastic wraps around all cell phone parts were even sealed shut. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

BTW, this is a Sprint phone but does not have service. I called Sprint to add it to my account and they told me they could not help me.
