I have been with T-mobile for more than 2 years. Now I accidently dropped my phone into water and it stopped working. I call custom service. They are going to send a new phone to me and ask me to send back the old phone. and they are going to charge me $150 if the damage is due to my fault.

The thing is that I didn't even spend that money on the same new phone. Do I have any other choices here? I still prefer a new phone if possible.

    Thank you.
