Yes, thanks. I did talk to them thru email and they changed it not once but twice, exactly the way I wanted it. I like Sprint. They go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Now all we have to do is get Nextel users to buy Sprint phones so we can walkie-talkie them. =-)

you know what if you would just give sprint a call and talk to you tech support they can change that caller id for you it'll take 72hours for it to go through tho.

Yes, thanks. They emailed me today and said that only "given names" are allowed for caller ID. That is disappointing as this is a business account and i want my business name displayed. It seems no matter what company you use for your cell phone there's always some strings attached. thanks again.

try calling customer service. they may be able to change it for you.

Hey folks, How do I set my phone (Sprint PCS, Sanyo 8200) to show a title when making calls to people with caller id. As of now others caller id shows
"Wireless Caller" then my number. I would like to change that to display my business title "TopTech" or "TopTech Computer Service" on the recieving person's caller id. Is there a way to set this up?
