i think you need the code before you reset your memory...not after..and if you don't remember the code try talking to someone that has the software to reset the phone, they usualy have it in any gsm service..

It doesnt just format the phone, it completely wipes da memory and sets it back to the way it was when you baught it, There is no need for an app, just use dat code.
